高麗菜水餃 ＄6／顆
福安水餃最特別的就是他們家的餃子皮薄到剔透，從水餃的外觀能看到內餡的肉色，有點類似餛飩皮的薄度。高麗菜水餃中的高麗菜餡還保有脆度，口味上非常清淡，適合沾調料區的青蔥、蒜泥配醬油。
韭菜水餃 ＄6／顆
韭菜水餃的韭菜味不會太濃，豬肉的部分店家選用當日溫體豬肉製作，小小一顆卻很扎實。鹹度的部分不太夠，但就像許多客家莊麵攤賣的炒麵、水晶餃、米粉一樣，多半都要自己再淋調料上去，口味才會更鮮明。
水餃的尺寸比一般連鎖店在賣的水餃小顆，如果平常去吃水餃點10顆的朋友，來福安大概可以點個13、14顆。不想點那麼多顆也行，把胃的空間留給小菜和湯品也是不錯的選擇。
酸辣湯、魚丸湯 ＄70／大碗
「酸辣湯」湯頭的部分真的非常的酸，配料的則有金針菇、豆腐、蘿蔔、木耳，還有蛋花，把水餃泡在湯裡面吃酸爽又過癮。
「魚丸湯」湯頭的部分就是一般的清湯不是太有記憶點，不過70元的大碗魚丸湯有6顆魚丸，3個人一起分一碗也沒問題，CP值很高。
福安水餃的酸辣湯非常好喝，但時常早早就賣完了，酒妮去二訪的時候只剩下魚丸湯。
各式小菜、滷味＄40／盒、＄50／盤
小菜、滷味的部分品項很多，包含冰箱櫃裡的：鳳爪、麻油豬肝、豆乾絲、百香果木瓜絲、木耳、黃金泡菜、韓式泡菜等…，還有菜單上可以畫記的皮蛋豆腐、小魚乾炒豆乾。酒妮特別推薦「百香果木瓜絲、泡菜、豬耳朵」這3樣。
百香果木瓜絲甜中帶有一點點微酸非常解膩、醃製的泡菜無論是甜味的黃金泡菜，還是辣味的韓式泡菜都做得很入味，豬耳朵的部分又脆又軟的口感結合煙燻的香氣非常美味，一大盤豬耳朵只要50元非常值得點。
