炙燒雙品丼飯 $370

炙燒雙品丼飯包含比目魚鰭邊肉、星鰻、鮭魚卵、黑豆、嫩薑,脂香滑嫩的比目魚鰭邊肉入口即化;星鰻細嫩的肉質配上鹹甜醬汁和芝麻更提味;鮭魚卵是店家自己醃漬的使用小金桔增添風味,一口咬開海味在口中釋放。
日式料理小知識:星鰻和鰻魚差在哪呢?星鰻多半是在河海交界處捕捉的海鰻,鰻魚多半是在和域或養殖捕獲的。鰻魚的脂肪比較後多,在台灣比較常見的是用蒲燒(照燒)的方式重口味料理。星鰻的話脂肪較少口感細,價錢比鰻魚便宜。
綜合炙燒丼飯 $450

綜合炙燒丼飯包含鮭魚肚、星鰻、比目魚鰭邊肉、鮭魚卵、干貝,彈牙多汁的干貝非常大顆飽滿又扎實,各式海鮮珍饈搭上醋飯非常爽口。
老實說酒妮對醋飯很挑,很怕那種非常死酸沒有生命力的醋飯(什麼叫沒生命力的醋飯啦🙈)。百魚鮮食屋的醋飯是「溫醋飯」用最近體溫的35~37度之間的醋飯,讓飯入口時特別香甜和其他海鮮不互搶風采。酒妮覺得這家醋飯不會非常酸,有一點微黏的口感卻又能粒粒分明,搭上黑豆一起吃還有點甜甜的。
海鮮味噌湯(隨餐附)

海鮮味噌湯是每日早上用魚骨、蝦頭、蘿蔔等食材燉煮的,有蔬菜的甜、蝦頭的濃郁、魚味鮮美。除了湯頭清甜之外,還吃得到大塊的魚肉、蛤蜊、海帶、蘿蔔。重點是味噌湯超級大碗,接近小火鍋的Size。

店內座位不多大概20個左右,平日中午12:30左右造訪大概座8~9成滿。椅子是木板凳,位子間距很近,屬於大家吃完就會離開的日式料理店,比較不適合久留的感覺。不過這麼高CP值,還讓人久留的話真的不知道老闆要賺什麼?🌝
